Booking
Who can rent?
Anyone 21 or older with a valid driver's license. You upload a photo of it when you book. Anyone else who will run the machine must be 21+ and listed on the reservation.
Do I need experience?
No. We walk you through the controls and safety at drop-off, and a quick-start card lives on every machine.
Can I cancel?
Yes, under the cancellation policy shown when you book. Cancelling within 12 hours of a scheduled delivery or pickup counts as a late cancellation.
Delivery & pickup
How much is delivery?
$50 within 10 road miles of Woodstock, covering drop-off and pickup. Past that, $6 for each extra mile. Same-day or after-hours delivery is $50 more.
Do I have to be there?
Someone 21 or older needs to meet us for the walk-through at drop-off, and at pickup unless we've agreed otherwise.
Can I move the machine to another site?
Not when we deliver it. It stays on the delivery site. If you need it at two places, book a pickup rental and haul it on our trailer.
Prices, deposits & the waiver
What's a rental day?
24 hours and up to 8 hours on the hour meter. Extra hours are $25 on the skid steers and $35 on the E20. Friday afternoon to Monday morning bills as 2 days.
How does the deposit work?
It's a hold on your card, not a charge. We release it within two business days after the return inspection, minus anything owed.
What does the damage waiver cover?
For 12% of the rental, it limits what you pay for accidental damage during normal use to the deposit. It doesn't cover theft without a police report, tip-overs, track damage from curbs or debris, wrong fuel or misuse. It isn't insurance.
Are there other fees?
Only if they apply: fuel at $8 a gallon plus $25 if it comes back low, cleaning from $50 if it's caked in mud, and $40 an hour for late returns after a one-hour grace period.
Using the machines
Do I need to call 811?
Yes, before any digging. It's Georgia law and it's free. Call at least three business days ahead and keep 18 inches from the marks.
Which attachments come with it?
Each machine comes with one attachment at no charge: the MT100 with the flat bucket or grapple; the S925TX with a toothed bucket, smooth bucket, root grapple or pallet forks; the E20 with its bucket, thumb and blade. Extras are $25 a day each, max $100 a week.
What if it breaks down?
Stop, switch it off and text (470) 797-RENT. Don't try to repair it or right a tipped machine.
Dump trailers
What do I need to tow one?
A truck rated to tow 14,000 lb, a 2-5/16 in. ball, a working brake controller, a 7-pin plug, and auto insurance that covers towing.
What can't I haul?
Hazardous waste, asbestos, liquids, paint or solvents, tires, batteries and wet concrete. Dump fees are yours.
Do you deliver dump trailers?
Not yet. They're picked up and returned in Woodstock, any day 7 AM – 7 PM.
